I mentioned that you do not have to go to Jordan with Dr. Schallreuter with her when she takes about 100 patients each spring to Jordan, but I did go. It is very expensive because the Jordanian Dinar is worth much more than the USD. Now that I have been I recommend every one to go to the Dead Sea at least once in your life but for thos of you with psoriasis I wanted you to know that there is a doctor at the is Dead Sea Spa Hotel in Jordan where I went that treats it. I believe he is German. I will try to find out more and put it on my blog. While I was there with a group of about 100 of Dr. Schallreuter’s vitiligo patients another large group of psoriasis patients were there. Their treatment was different and I do not know all the facts, but they went into the Dead Sea as we did, then they rubbed an oil with special ingredients in it possibly carrot juice or oil, then laid in sun at certain times of the day for certain amounts of time. I saw some people with psoriasis all over their bodies that was completely gone when I left three weeks later. They say it isn’t a cure but it puts it into remission. I will check it out and let you know. What is sad is that American doctors do not look into this type of treatment because it is natural and doesn’t make them or the big pharmaceutical companies any money. Or maybe they just think everything is cured with a pill. I think if you click on photos you can see them better. I got the coke at the nature center I visited it was much better than here in the US because it had real sugar not corn syrup. The sunset across the Dead Sea behind Jerusalem. During the day you could just make it out and at night you could see the lights.
